Rates are PER PERSON and include the port taxes.  A Conference Registration Fee plus Taxes & Fees  are added at the time of your booking.

The Invoice/Statement you will receive confirming your reservation is an agreement between Inspiration Cruises & Tours, Inc. (ICT) and the passenger. All rates, payments, penalties and change fees are quoted per passenger. Ports of call, artists, speakers and/or schedules are subject to change. Carefully review Terms and Conditions (found on the back of your Invoice/Statement) and all documentation you receive in connection with your travel.

Stateroom rates are based on double occupancy. Third or fourth passenger rates (including infants) in the same stateroom are available.  **** Single occupancy rates are available upon request. ****

The stateroom rates are based on which deck, the size and features of the room and the location on the deck (inside or outside).

A deposit of $500.00 per person is due at the time you book passage. You may use a credit card, personal check, cashiers check or money order.  The balance is due on July 24, 2009 which is 90 days prior to departure.

This deposit is refundable as shown below:
• 74-57 days prior to departure - Loose Admin. Fee $100
• 56-29 days prior to departure - Loose Deposit Amount
• 28-16 days prior to departure - Loose 50% of gross fare
• 15 days or less prior to departure - No Refunds

- Cancellations must be confirmed in the ICT office during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M.-5:00 P.M., Pacific time.
- Additional fees may be assessed by the supplier for connections booked from your home city, as well as forced single occupancy due to roommate cancellation. Those fees charged will be passed along to the passenger.
- Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including medical and family matters.

Additional Costs:

• Government Taxes & Fees: $133 per person
• Conference Fee: $198 - MS eStore Music Cruise Expenses (national advertising, website, staff travel and stateroom expenses, artist travel, stateroom and performance fees, favors, support staff expenses, etc.)

Optional Additional Costs:
Shipboard Tipping: $10 per day per person is automatically added to your account.
• Transfers: $_____ per person (shuttle van from hotel to dock)
• Transportation: airfare to and from Fort Lauderdale, FL is not included.

For your own protection, we strongly recommends cancellation/trip insurance.

 

RATES – All rates quoted are in US dollars and are based on fares and costs in effect at the time of publication. Whenever possible, ICT obtains price guarantees from suppliers. However, depending upon the strength of the US dollar and the fluctuating nature of oil, gas and other costs, published rates are subject to change without notice.


NOT INCLUDED IN RATES – Passport costs; travel to the international gateway; pre/post tour hotels; meals not specifically detailed in tour itinerary; items of a personal nature including but not limited to laundry, room service at hotels, meals in transit, phone calls, internet, ect.


TRAVEL PROTECTION - Brochures for independent travel protection, which includes medical coverage, travel delay protection, trip cancellation and interruption as well as some instances of forced single occupancy due to roommate cancellation, will be included in your confirmation packet. The premiums vary and the coverage must be purchased directly through the insurance carrier. Travel protection is strongly recommended for trip cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.


PASSPORTS REQUIRED - U.S. CITIZENS - Passports will be required by the final implementation of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative, currently scheduled for January 1, 2008. For additional information visit www.travel.state.gov. NON-U.S. CITIZENS - Passports are required. You should consult your local country’s embassy regarding specific requirements for entry into each and every country of destination.


PLEASE NOTE: If you book this tour through any other agency, you will not be allowed to attend the MSE Music Cruise Concerts or special events. Security will be posted at all entrances.


The Morning Song eStore/Horizon Travel, hereinafter referred to as the Host Agency is acting as an agent for ICT (the Supplier.) The Host Agency shall not become liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident delay, inconvenience, change in itinerary or accommodations, or other irregularity which may occur due to (1) wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of the Supplier, their employees or others who are not under the direct control of the Agency, (2) defects or failures of any conveyance, equipment or instrument under the control of the Supplier, and (3) but not limited to Acts of God, fire, acts of governments or other authorities, terrorist activities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, thefts, or dangers incident to sea, land and air.

The client further agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the Supplier of the services to be performed. In addition, the Client acknowledges that insurance was available that would provide compensation for last or damaged luggage, trip cancellation, medical expenses and Supplier bankruptcy while planning this trip.

In the unlikely occurance that the situation arises which makes it necessary for the Supplier to cancel, advance, postpone a scheduled departure, change itineraries or make substitutions involving ports of call or other travel components, the Host Agency does not assume responsibility or liability for any resulting losses, expenses or inconvenience.
